How much does therapy cost?

Individual sessions are $175 and couples sessions are $200 for a 55-minute hour. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so we can explore whether we're a good fit before you commit.

I am a private pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
